We teach the essentials of what Pilates really is about: An innovative
total body conditioning experience with a respect for tradition.
Your experience starts with 4 semi-private sessions with a coach
who has been highly trained and certified in the method. Your coach
epitomizes the concept of Pilates with an extraordinary capability
to make each exercise simple, functional and core ambitious.
Once your finished with this series the choice is yours. You can
move into a group class or stay with your privates. Even as you
continue your training, an instructor is always present to monitor
and gently correct positions as you progress through your sessions.
Our studios feature the most up-to-date equipment and the environment
is non-competitive, enabling you to find a true balance of mind
and body. Fresh spring water is always available to keep you hydrated
and refreshed.
Trap Table Privates:
Strength is tied to purpose as you learn a series of exercises on the trap
table. Stretching, strengthening, range of movement is stressed. The perfect
add on to your Pilates schedule.
Private or Semi-Private classes available. By appointment only.
Reformer Group Class:
The reformer is the main instrument of Pilates work. It promotes balance and
poise, for a body that originates it’s movement from a strong center.
